Dear all
Manuel will come again to KL to teach daily Ashtanga for 1 month. He has decided to stay for so long as the student feedback from his last trip to KL in 2010 was very encouraging & he wishes for regular practitioners to benefit from his teaching for a more extended period of time. This time round, he is also doing special package prices to make it more affordable to students to come more regularly.

I’m on my last legs with regards to blogging. My blog is now reduced to a message board highlighting ashtanga happenings in KL – even then, this latest update is already late by at least 10 days.
Practice with Manuel is going really well. He seems to know what to look out for with someone with knee injuries. For example, just a shift in the alignment of the sole will take the stretch away from the LCL and take the focus more on the hip. I can now put my hands down on the right side of Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana (without the bind, of course). Slowly, slowly, things are coming back. There is hope!
Hope, though, on the regularity of this blog seems bleak. The only thing that makes me feel guilty about not posting seems to be updates. Even then, it took an enforced break from the World of Warcraft that gave me the push to overcome the blogging inertia. So, all that’s left now is to wish everyone happy and regular practices!
