Some background information on Liz if you've not met her yet:

Liz Derow has been practicing Ashtanga since 1997 and is a KPJAYI Authorized, Level II Asthanga teacher (authorized in 2004). Her first trip to Mysore was in 2001, and she’s had yearly trips ever since. Liz will be assisting Sharath Jois in the Mysore shala for one month just before arriving in Kuala Lumpur in December 2011. During the past seven years, she has taught classes, workshops and private lessons all over Europe and south Asia.

Liz teaches Asthanga Vinyasa yoga in the traditional Mysore style, as the practice has been taught to her. In this way, the needs of each and every student can be considered individually. These classes will give you an opportunity to deepen your asana practice while gaining a new perspective on it. All are welcome – experienced practitioners and beginners alike.
