Some background information on Liz if you've not met her yet:

Liz Derow has been practicing Ashtanga since 1997 and is a KPJAYI Authorized, Level II Ashtanga teacher (authorized in 2004). Her first trip to Mysore was in 2001, and she has returned once a year ever since. In Oct/Nov 2011 Liz assisted R. Sharath Jois at KPJAYI in Mysore for one month. Over the past eight years she taught all over Europe and south Asia. Last year she taught twice in KL when many of you had the chance to practice with her. For more information please see her bio at http://lizayoga.wordpress.com .

Liz teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in the traditional Mysore style, as the practice has been taught to her. In this way, the needs of each and every student can be considered individually. These classes will give you an opportunity to deepen your asana practice while gaining a new perspective on it. All are welcome – experienced practitioners and beginners alike.

For more info, please contact ashtangakl@gmail.com

Hope to see you there,
Ashtanga KL
